9x Design Pricing:

Design:

  1. Architecture + Structure + MEP + Drawings for construction permission + Interior : [220,000 +/- 20%] VND/m² 

    *Prices may vary depending on the design details, and the above rates are for reference only

Construction:

  • 9x Design provides construction quotes only when design drawings are available. (If drawings not available, you need to do the Design package and 9x Design can only support with a very rough cost estimation.)

Workflow:

  1. Initial discussion is needed first

  2. 9x Design will schedule an in-person meeting at the site or office.

  3. After the meeting, we prepare a mood board showcasing initial ideas, design direction, and estimated costs.

  4. If both parties align, we proceed to contract signing → begin the design → and then the construction process.

  5. Payment schedule is clearly outlined in the contract (bilingual English-Vietnamese if needed).

  6. After:

    • Design handover: Final payment made and we provide author supervision (excludes full site supervision).

    • Construction handover: Final payment made 2 weeks post-handover; warranty begins (as per contract terms).
